I was waiting for it to go down. It was 700 (in general) mid-late last year but i thought its going to get better. It didnt. Now my gtx 1060 is dying i need a card.Not worth the money but if youre desperate, the product itself is good.It does everything on ultra. 1080p. 60fps temps are amazing. Horizon zero dawn Locked 60fps 1080p. Ultra settings. I undervolted the card and it is running 45-52 deg cel the whole time. The gpu is running at 45-60%. Control - Ultra settings 60fps with raytracing.Cyberpunk - ultra ray tracing, it dips to 55fps. The rest, it runs on max settings everything turned on. Ffxiv, all residen evil games, nier pc, anything i throw at it basically. I know ALL cards are overpriced but after spending almost one year trying to upgrade from my ASUS 1060 GTX 3G, I gave in and paid current market value for ASUS DUAL RTX 3060 Ti MINI. And look while I admit I overpaid I'm more than pleased with the card so far, but unless you've been living under a rock for the last 1.5 years you'll understand.Card came in brand new box fully wrapped and sealed and quick!Performance is off the charts benchmark testing, and for Battlefield V and 2042 Beta demo played at Ultra settings, you'll not be disappointed!

Gigabyte GT 710 instructions failed to mention the BIOS. My monitor did not work at first because when I booted, it was plugged into the new card. I pressed "delete" a few times hoping the computer would open BIOS so i could shut down, plug back into the onboard video card and then enter BIOS to disable the onboard video, and default to the PCIe slot. Once I did that, we were in business. Someone who is not familiar with BIOS might suspect the card does not work...don't forget to change your BIOS when you use onboard video card BEFORE you install the card. Once I got past that hiccup, it was fine. What i do NOT like is these companies now send a card without a CD or installation software and drivers. Not everyone has internet these days Yes hard to believe, But i purchased this for someone who has a home desktop computer, when i installed the card i was stunned that there were NO drivers or installation disk in the box. Companies are getting so cheap. I had to drive home over 40 miles D/L the software place it on a CD drive back to install the software for the card to run. Totally ridiculous. Gigabyte GT 710 card on the other hand works great now that i have it installed., Make sure you install the software that comes with the video card. The windows default software technically works... but it is no good. Use the included software and then check for updates to assure you have the video card running at its best. Installation of software and drivers took forever. Once installed ran machine for about an hour. Next use was online gaming where this crashed and sent me to a black screen after only 10 minutes of online online multiplayer gaming. It has been returned and my older BFG 550 Ti is back in running like a champ. Asus GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5 Review As the global semiconductor shortage continues on, manufacturers are taking this opportunity to offload some of their older stuff. Now Asus has (via momomo_us) recently and quietly launched a new model of the GeForce GT 730, a graphics card that dates back to 2014 and was far from being one of the best graphics cards even back then. Still, the new Asus GeForce GT 730caters towards professionals that are looking for a graphics card to enable multi-monitor productivity, which does give it at least an excuse of relevance even today. The graphics card comes equipped with four native HDMI 1.4b ports with HDCP 2.2 support and drives monitors with resolutions up to 4K (3840 x 2160). Built with Asus' Auto-Extreme technology, the GeForce GT 730 comes in a single-slot design with dimensions of 5.8 x 4.1 x 0.7 inches (148 x 105 x 18mm). Not that we expected it to be bulky, but this means it should have no problems fitting inside small-form-factor (SFF) systems. Like countless other GeForce GT 730 models before it, Asus' latest rendition features a passive cooling system to keep your system's noise low. This particular variant of the GeForce GT 730 utilizes GDDR5 memory, therefore, the GK208 (Kepler) silicon powers the graphics card. Nvidia has already announced its decision to drop Kepler support in the upcoming GeForce R470 driver, which is slated for August 31. However, this only applies to Game Ready updates, performance, new features and bug fixes. Kepler owners will continue to receive security updates until September 2024. The GeForce GT 730 isn't a gaming monster, but it does serve decently as a stopgap solution for processors that lack integrated graphics. Asus' specs for its Kepler-powered graphics card point to 384 CUDA cores with a 902 MHz boost clock in gaming mode and a 927 MHz boost clock in OC mode. It also features 2GB of 5 Gbps GDDR5. The memory runs across a 64-bit memory interface with the graphics card ending up with a maximum theoretical memory bandwidth of 40.10 GBps. One potential strength with releasing a new model of an older card is that the GeForce GT 730 has very low requirements. For one, this graphics card is perfectly happy residing on a PCIe 2.0 slot. It's rated for 38W so no external PCIe power connectors are required. Asus' recommendation for the GeForce GT 730 is a 300W power supply.
